The Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (in the US or Canada) by dialing 988 (call or text) or 1-800-273-8255 or dial 911, the National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK (in the United Kingdom) by dialing 0800 689 5652 or dial 999, the Suicide Call Back Service (Australia) by dialing 1300 659 467 or dial 000. You can also go to the International Association for Suicide Prevention online to find a place for you to contact in your country. The website is iasp.info. You can also message me on discord if necessary, but I figured this might be helpful information for some just in case.
