I've been reading and rereading My Mother's Rules by Judge Lynn Toler...she teaches us how to take control of our emotions while telling great stories of growing up and some cases she had in her courtroom. It's been so helpful to me so I wanted to post about it. I got it for like two dollars used on amazon. It's worth the read. I didn't think I'd ever feel better...not to say I'm not still hurt because I am..but I've learned how to find some joy in each day by using the steps in her book.
