The Most Extreme Haiku Challenge - snuggles - 07-01-2009

All posts in this thread
Shall be writ in haiku form.
Let me start with this:

You know what I hate?
Thinking about suicide.
It's a way of life =(

It is hard to love
the tallest of Athenas
when you're the short guy.

Look in your love's eyes;
all that you ever can see
is bellybutton.

Re: The Most Extreme Haiku Challenge - snuggles - 07-01-2009

i like being short
but i guess i am a girl
sucks for shorter men.

now i get to see
whether my reaction worked
yesterday it didn't

if it doesn't work
two days will have gone to waste.
damn experiments.

but yeah, that's my life
how are you doing today?
i do want to know.

Poetry is crime
No idea how to rhyme
Stupid waste of time

Hi there, it's me, God.
Kinda busy up here, now,
But I'll call you back.

two empty bottles
of vodka to ease the hurt
what a hangover...

the bus driver honked
but i remain on the bench
oh crap...not again...

Since God was busy,
Allow me, Satan to help:
Get more alcohol.

How did I get here?
I must have taken that turn
I’ve been looking for

Unwittingly, yes,
The corners of my mouth turn
Up, eyes are open

I lived through the dawn
and my sight still remained through
love’s blinding vision

Left darkness behind
Still light can’t exist without
Semblance of shadow

Serendipity?
But I don’t believe in luck.
This is my own choice.

I got nothin', yo.
I suggest you find yourself
Lots of LSD.

It works for me.
