Sometimes unicorns gets upset and hits itself in the face. This is bad because unicorns already has TMJ. Called the crisis line after and they helped talk me down but also cried more for a long time after. Unicorns is very stressed and now has a sore face and probably a bruise on the leg. Wrists hurt. Very exhausted. Didn't run the car into oncoming traffic though, didnt run the car off of the high cliffs either, didnt break any bones or draw blood. Now laying in bed but face is sore. Unicorns feels sad that it gets upset and causes itself this problem. It happpens when unicorns doesn't know what to do and feels helpless, like a failure, or cant provide itself what it needs, feels alone and like no one wants to be around them. This sort of reaction has happened before when unicorns has had to move the last couple times because it was all unexpected and unicorns just needs a safe place to be for long enough to sorth the things and build itslef back into a real unicorn
