@jman197, it sucks to feel like you aren't heard. Abzilla had a moment like that today too (different situation but similar feelings) and is still hurting from it. Abzilla hopes you are able to find some support and validation from the messages here.

Without telling jman what to do or how he should feel. Would jman be open to what alone hears him saying. Alone knows jman is hurting and he may just want to heard without any comments and that is ok.

Jman is willing to listen. He had to get that off his chest. He feels so upset with life right now and doesn't see a reason why. He doesn't have anything wrong going on in his life, in fact things are going well.

jman feeling alone- empty. alone hears you are depressed and feeling that hole it puts us in. jman deserves the pain. alone emphatically feel no one deserves pain. jman would never cause pain even if he now thinks he did. getting hurt is sometimes what happens in relationships but they can be worked out. A way we hurt ourselves is to punish ourselves and wish for that punishment to be non human tolerable. alone hears jman has some regrets to work on. No one will ever love you. Alone hears punishment here also, humans crave love. Blocking it from ever being a possibility is self punishment. You know your dog loves you.(lowest one to challenge) alone hears jman is hurting and can't feel anything at this time but pain. jman does not feel safe at this time to be alone, he has a room mate which is a safe step for him. Good. Alone hears lots of pain in the way jman thinks of himself. If you heard anyone else call one of us a mistake and a failure and that we deserve death because the world would be a better place you would come to our defense. I stand in your defense. No one is close to perfect in fact what is perfect. Alone hears jman is feeling depressed and doing a job on himself, no fixes just time. alone is glad jman is on css and will be here to listen.
