Well, that's one of the better ways to say it's not working right. At the moment you can do most of the things your access level allows. That seems to be working correctly.
On the other hand I can't access the admin functions (like approving new members) I'm sorry, I don't see what's messed up, so I don't see a way to fix it. This is going to take a while, sorry.
